Cancellation policy

Pre-orders are paid in full at the time of purchase to secure your calendar.

If you wish to cancel a pre-order, please contact us at hello@twentyfourdoors.com as soon as possible. Cancellation requests made before your order has been dispatched may be accepted at our discretion.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Our change-of-mind policy will then apply.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including any rights you may have if we are unable to supply your order within the agreed or a reasonable timeframe.
